Once you submit a support case via our online form, you will immediately receive an email response with a case number, and an engineering specialist from the Rand Simulation support team will contact you within one business day. When needed, we have full access to the Ansys technical experts, so even your most challenging cases will get resolved in a timely manner.
Must be a current customer on active TECS (maintenance) to qualify for direct technical support. All other submissions will be addressed through our sales team.
